Triad PC Support is the same local business that spent years as Triad PC Repair. The name changed as the work did, from one-off repairs to keeping whole offices running month after month. What our customers count on didn't change: what you send us gets captured and followed through, and the company handling it is still here the following year.
We're not a franchise or a national help desk with no stake in whether your business does well. We work out of Lexington, North Carolina, serving Davidson County and the surrounding Triad. This is the kind of office we build for: the law office, the dental practice, the accounting firm, the small manufacturer, where a computer being down means money walking out the door.
