The difference between the plans is how much we take on.
There are three: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze looks after the security and backups on each computer. Silver and Gold are fully managed, so the day-to-day running of your IT is ours to look after. The work is done to the same standard at every level.
The work
Depending on the plan, that includes monitoring the machines we look after, security software we run rather than your staff, a managed firewall, filtering that blocks bad sites, updates applied on a schedule, backup of your files and systems, staff training, Microsoft 365 administration, and a staffed service investigating security alerts around the clock.
Quoted separately
Projects are quoted separately and in writing — a move, a new server, a migration. Anything outside the agreed scope is billed at an hourly rate that's written into your Order rather than decided afterwards. Hardware you buy is yours to buy.
